Very in-depth! Yes, I do need a degree in rocket science prior to making a good fitting bodice in addition to a very good measure person! I really thought this was going to be simple when I purchased it but after watching the Bodice Fitting Course I am truly overwhelmed. However, don't judge by me because I'm always overwhelmed when sewing. I know what to do, I just can't seem to do it! The lessons are excellent just a lot!
